Mike is a marital litigator, mediator and collaborative marital practitioner. He combines nearly two decades of extensive litigation and mediation experience to advocate for his clients with a rare combination of tenacity, compassion and creativity.
Prior to his tenure in the Upper Valley, Mike spent more than a decade successfully representing his clients at trial and on appeal throughout the nation in a wide variety of highly complex lawsuits such as In re: DePuy Orthopaedics, Inc., ASR Hip Implant Products Liability Litigation, In re: World Trade Center Lower Manhattan Disaster Litigation, and In re: Diet Drugs (Phentermine, Fenfluramine, Dexfenfluramine) Products Liability Litigation.
Mike is admitted to practice in the State of New Hampshire, State of Vermont, State of California, District of Columbia, Commonwealth of Virginia, Eastern District of Virginia, District of New Hampshire and he has been admitted to practice pro hac vice in various other federal and state courts nationwide. Prior to his bar admissions, he served as a law clerk to the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and the Alaska Trial Courts.
He currently serves on the Friends of the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Board and is a Past-President of the Grafton County Bar Association.
